Delivery & Returns
Once you have placed your order with us we will start processing or making your item of jewellery depending on your purchase and will contact you to confirm a delivery time.
Items available from stock
We aim to deliver your order within 5-7 working days. If you need your purchase sooner please contact a member of our team to discuss your requirements before placing your order, either by phone on 0207 242 8001 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do all we can to accommodate your deadline.
Bespoke commissions take a little longer as they are hand-made in our Hatton Garden workshop. Please allow 2-4 weeks from placing your order for delivery. We will keep you updated throughout the process and get in touch once your item is ready to ship. As above if you have a specific deadline please don’t hesitate to contact us before placing your order and we will do everything we can to meet your delivery date. Due to the costs involved with making bespoke orders by hand, we are unable to give refunds on cancelled orders once work has commenced.
Please note we are still able to take orders for items available from stock and for bespoke commissions during these unprecedented times. Our craftsmen are still able to work even though our office is temporarily shut.
At T.O’D Jewels we offer fully insured free delivery with all purchases within the UK and send our parcels via Royal Mail Special Delivery or similar secure carriage. We contact you before we send your order to confirm that there is someone available at the billing address to ensure safe delivery.
Once your parcel has been sent we will provide you with a tracking number so you can see your parcels progress.
We can ship internationally by arrangement with agreed courier services such as Fedex or armoured courier services for more valuable items. All shipments are fully insured against theft in transit. International shipments may be subject to extra taxes, duties and shipping handling charges. We are able to ship items inside the EU to VAT registered business net of VAT, non-VAT registered businesses and individuals will be liable to pay VAT at the rate levied in their country of destination. Shipments outside the EU
can be shipped exclusive of VAT but may be subject to VAT, Sales Tax and duties levied by the country of destination for which the buyer remains liable.
Collecting Your Purchase (Once Government Lockdown Rules Allow)
We offer the option to collect your item in person from our London Office. This is strictly by appointment only and you will need a form of ID to enter the building. Orders are only available for collection by the person who placed and paid for the item and we will ask you to prove your identity before we release your order. Please contact us on 0207 242 8001 before making your journey.
If your main residence is outside of the EU and you intend to export your item, we can prepare export documents for presentation at Customs on your departure from the UK to authorise refund of any VAT you have paid
Responsibility On Receipt
All parcels sent buy T.O’D Jewels are fully insured in transit, however once your parcel has been signed for and delivered it becomes the purchasers’ property. Please check your parcel has not been tampered with before accepting delivery.
We are sure that you will be delighted with your purchase from T.OD Jewels, however we do offer a refund in full or exchange within 14 days of receipt of your order.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept refunds or exchanges for the following items as we are unable to offer then for resale.
Items that have been worn or damaged by wear.
If you decide to return an item please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 0207 242 8001. Your refund will only be issued once the item has been received by us and inspected by a member of our team. Once your item has been checked we will issue a refund back to your payment card. Please allow 3-5 days for the payment to process and show on your statement.

Items must be returned in the same condition as received with the original paperwork and documents. Please ensure that your that your item is securely packaged to avoid any damage whilst in the postal system. We also advise that you do not address your parcel with ‘Jewels’ on the outside of the package for security reasons, address all returns to ‘T.O’Donoghue Ltd’.
