Delivery & Returns

Deliveries may be in instalments. We are liable for loss/damage in transit until delivery and for returns when arranged by us, per Terms of Sale. See https://www.todjewels.com/terms-conditions for full Terms of Sale governing all transactions.

Items Available from Stock

We aim to deliver stock items within 5-7 working days. For faster delivery, contact us before ordering at enquiries@todjewels.com or 0207 242 8001 to discuss your requirements.

Bespoke Creations

Bespoke commissions, hand-made in our Hatton Garden workshop, take 2-4 weeks for delivery. We provide updates and confirm when ready to ship. Contact us for specific deadlines before ordering. Bespoke/customized items are non-returnable unless defective, per Consumer Rights Act 2015 for private clients. No refunds once work starts.

Delivery

We offer fully insured free delivery within the UK via Royal Mail Special Delivery or similar secure carriage. We contact you to confirm someone is available at the billing address. A tracking number is provided upon dispatch.

International Delivery

We ship internationally via FedEx or armoured couriers, fully insured. International returns follow our Terms of Sale; we are liable for loss/damage in transit when arranged by us. EU VAT-registered businesses ship net of VAT; non-VAT-registered businesses/individuals pay destination VAT. Non-EU shipments exclude VAT but may incur local taxes/duties, for which the buyer is liable.

Collecting Your Purchase

Collect in person from our London office by appointment only, with ID required. Orders are released only to the buyer. Contact us at 0207 242 8001 before visiting. For non-EU residents exporting items, we provide export documents for VAT refund at UK Customs.

Responsibility on Receipt

Parcels are insured in transit. Once signed for and delivered, the buyer is responsible for loss/damage. Check parcels for tampering before accepting.

Returns

Non-defective, non-customized items may be returned within 14 days for refund/exchange, at Customer’s cost unless faulty. For defective items, notify us within 7 days of delivery or discovery; we cover return costs and repair/replace/refund per Terms of Sale. We cannot accept returns for:

  • Customized pieces
  • Engraved items
  • Bespoke pieces
  • Items worn or damaged
