A 1980's Ceylon sapphire & diamond dress ring crafted from 18ct yellow gold. The oval cornflower blue sapphire weighs 7.13ct and is claw set at the centre. The wide shoulders taper to the back of the band and are pave set with glittering round brilliant cut diamonds with a combined weight of 1.70ct. This 80's retro piece would look stunning worn on the right hand as a dress ring.
